Everyone gets angry and in some cases it can be warranted. But do you know how to manage that anger constructively? Participants will learn about anger and its causes, the various behaviour types, the importance of developing coping tools and how to improve their communication skills. By the end of this course you will learn effective ways to control and manage your anger.
Our training programs are practical with lots of interaction and discussion between the participants. During this one-day workshop participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and are encouraged to develop and work on individual action plans in a consultative and controlled environment.
