This workshop is designed to give participants the opportunity to improve the critical communication skills of listening, asking questions and being aware of nonverbal messages. It can also help participants who are struggling to find that middle ground between being too aggressive and too passive, and how to counter the manipulative tactics of difficult people.
Our training programs are practical with lots of interaction and discussion between the participants. During this two-day workshop participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and are encouraged to develop and work on individual action plans in a consultative and controlled environment.
