There are currently five generations in the workforce, and employers faced with mass retirements of Baby Boomers are looking for ways to prepare for the changes that will result. This one-day workshop examines the history and reality of the generation gap as an issue. This course explores whether defining the actual limits of each generation is most important, or whether the merits of people within the context of employment is the bigger issue. Understanding others helps us to understand ourselves and to manage the people that we work with. We will explore problems, solutions, and strategies to help overcome issues of the generation gap.
Our training programs are practical with lots of interaction and discussion between the participants. During this one-day workshop participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and are encouraged to develop and work on individual action plans in a consultative and controlled environment.
A pre program questionnaire which is designed to assist you in receiving the best outcome and return on investment from your training. ...I feel that I have taken many things away from this presentation. It was an interesting way to learn different approaches to manage my time, my priorities and my team projects...I would also like to commend the great learning environment and the facilitator who really knew her stuff.
