All articles on this site are copyright. These articles may be used in magazines and newsletters with prior permission from the author or Sarden Learning.

Sarden Learning names and logos and all the products, services and training courses including the AWEP program, are trademarked and are owned by Sarden Group Pty Ltd. Nothing contained on the Site is intended to grant any express or implied right to you to, and you must not, use or exploit any patent, copyright, trademark or trade secret information.

We are not responsible for the content of any site linked to or from the Site. Use of links to any other website is entirely at your own risk. While we may provide links on the Site to other websites, the inclusion of such links is for your convenience only and is not an endorsement of the owner/sponsor of the site or the content of the site.

9. Subscriptions
Some services offered on Sarden Learning’s Site are subscription-based services, such as our newsletter. We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time for any reason. Sarden Learning agrees that it will terminate a Customer's account upon notice from Customer.
These Terms and Conditions may be revised or altered at any time. Revisions and alterations will be posted on the Site and will be effective upon posting.
